Returns & Exchanges

Because fragrance is a personal product, we keep our policy clear and fair.

• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect
• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video
  
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Used or opened products are not eligible for return, unless there’s a genuine issue.
